The data we hold for you is limited to your name and email address. We hold it securely and use it only to contact you about our events and activities.

All emails are distributed through Campaign Monitor, an international email marketing company. It collects automatically generated data which Oxford Symphony Orchestra uses to monitor the effective delivery of emailed information. Campaign Monitor works with users to ensure compliance with UK data protection legislation. It ensures that all subscriber lists, email content and reports remain private and confidential. Campaign Monitor will not sell, rent, loan or invite external access to Oxford Symphony Orchestra contact lists, nor themselves use our contact lists for any purpose.
