Prokofiev & Bruckner

Prokofiev - Piano Concerto no.3
Bruckner - Symphony no.4

Enoch Wong piano
Robert Max conductor

Prokofiev's lush and fiery popular third piano concerto is full of crackling energy and playfulness. Our soloist is Enoch Wong, an outstanding young pianist noted for his technical brilliance and poetic conviction.

Bruckner's ‘Romantic’ symphony captures the magnificence of the medieval natural world and of the spirit of knights hunting but it also speaks of the nature of human existence in ways that are no less relevant to us today.
